hi, can some one help me pls, vibration on the phone are OFF but still when i unlock the phone and when i answer call the phone vibrates?!?!?!?!?

hi if you acces setings-sound setings,will find;screen selections and touch feedbak,if unchek this your phone whill no more vibrate

feedback is unchek, vibration is set to never, but the phone vibrates still only when i unlock and when i answer the phone or my call is answerd
Any other idea how to fix that ???!!!
