Help ZTE N9810 Brick(Solved W/links)

I am trying to fix a friends ZTE N9810, and let me say I am no Phone guy but have fixed bad rom installs B4.
I have no clue what he did here he tryed to Root/Rom and now It boots to Android logo also I can boot to Clockwork Menu.
I can not get ADB to see the device - windows does not reconise when pluged in - so ADB is out
I have try what I was told was a ZTE Supreme Recover.zip - It wont load it is aborts for some reason.

If anyone can help me (Act as I have never done this B4) with simple step by step that would be awesome.
Im sure its something simple that you phone guys/gals could fix in a few mins.

ZTE Supreme Bricked - Loads to OC recovery - No pc connection (Cant be seen by pc)
David supplyed me with the link / file below.

1) Down load zip: ~>HERE<~
2) Place zip in external sd card with your pc
3) Turn off phone / replace the sd card
4) load into recovery (Hold Power + Volume - (down) till you see recovery screen)
5) goto recovery - choose install from zip
6) when complete go back and restart system now
Should boot to rom and be good with factory ROM w/ Root - Prerooted already.
