I am having trouble connecting my Savvy to my computer (so I can back up pictures, delete/rename songs, etc). I have it connected with the factory USB cable and when I choose Connect to PC > Install Driver, it does nothing. My computer recognizes that I have something plugged into it, but it thinks it is a CD drive and won't open it. Help!
