ZTE Score -No Internet Connection-3G Icon

My ZTE Score phone is fairly new (3 weeks). It used to have the 3G icon on top and I was able to get internet. Now no internet and the icon is gone. Wi Fi works good. and the rest of the phone works well. How do I fix the 3G service?

Cricket tech support told me that removing the battery for a few seconds and then putting it back in fixes most Score problems.

Let us know if that works.

Settings/wifi and networks/mobile networks/data enabled (checked)

ZTE says the 3G will not work with WiFi enabled at the same time.

One or the other, but not both. You have to manually change it.
