Help zte skate

Where can I get a mike for my zte skate. I have taken into two shops and they said they cannot get the spairs. Or is there anywhere local to Chatham kent that can repair.I believe it is a common fault with these phones, the op cannot hear you ,but you can hear them. Thankyou in advance.
