Root Zte update fix for KitKat roms

Hey all,been running lollipop on this guy ,keep running out of internal storage and every time I wanna run a KitKat ROM like DU or JollyRoger I get this zte system update message I can't seem to fix..every time I've tried to install it thru cwm I get an error message.. Can someone please enlighten me on how to fix this??! Thanks!

I'm using 6.0.5.1

Do you think TWRP is better for this situation.. Or is there something else going on? I appreciate the help!

Phenomx4's? Then ur good. You need to do a complete wipe (w/system) and reboot recovery then a normal wipe & install. Do a full boot before installing gapps..
