This is for anyone with a ZTE v956 that does not have google play store and Chinese all over the phone.
This rom is what you are looking for ztedevices.com/support/cell_phone/89bac774-bf98-46b7-ae13-cb58219aa473.html
open the zip and copy the update.zip to the root of your sd card & update it through settings/about/system updates/storage card updates and select update.zip. If for any reason that fails turn phone off and turn on holding volume up and select install from external, selecting update.zip. it takes about 2 minutes to replace the rom.
