Rukbat Extreme Android User Jan 15, 2014 #2 Rooting consists of putting one file into the phone and installing one app. It has nothing to do with 3G. If you didn't root manually, but used some "one click" program to do it. there's no telling what the program did that could mess up the phone. You shouldn't run scripts on your phone unless you can read the script and understand what it's doing. Your best bet now is to flash a stock ROM to bring the phone back to the state it was in before you rooted it.
