Help ZTE - Valet won't stop app. install

Hi,

ZTE - Valet Tracfone.

I have downloaded two apps from amazon. They are in the cloud. When I check the cloud/apps they are showing "Installing" but never finish.

How can I complete the install and or delete the installation and try again?

Other apps. installed just fine.

Hi,

Went to google play download and installed FREE ES File Explorer.

Re-Downloaded my app and installed app via ES File Explorer.

I found that Amazon's listing of my ZTE Valet had 1000 Q&A's
this is where I found the reference to ES File Explorer / with
instructions.
