Help ZTE Warp 4g Frozen

I took the ZTE Handset update Sunday night. Update completed without a problem, so I thought. 45 minutes later, its still on the Boost 4G splash screen. The next morning, 4G splash screen still. Yesterday morning, Boost Mobile 4G splash screen. Mind you, the PHONE WAS NEVER TURNED OFF! I don't know what to do now. The phone isn't rooted or modded in any fashion. I don't wanna factory default the phone because I don't wanna void any warranty if I have to send to ZTE. Anything that can be done to fix or reverse this?

I'm having the same issue. I did a factory reset and it's still sitting on the 4g splash screen. Mine was not modded or rooted in any way either. Are the any updates or resolutions to this issue yet?

I took mine to two different stores here and they both said I'll just have to buy a new phone since I did not get insurance with it. They had no real idea of what happened to it. Couldn't find anything else online about it either..

Same thing happened to me last night. ZTE says phone has to be mailed to them to repair. No word from Boost yet. I'm at the Android System Recovery menu, but that's as far as I've got. Is there a stock ROM that can be loaded via SD card? The two I've tried both fail.
