Purchased my Warp Sequent when they came out and I have always been happy with the performance of the phone. I've been in i.t. practically all my life so here's the problem between now and January I have noticed the occasional issue with taking pics or recording videos very much like what you would think of as first use glitch like program hasnt fully loaded etc... anyway sometimes taking pics or recording video the finished product looks like an old vcr with the tracking stuck off and just rolling lines with sound...sometimes it does it for 2 or 3 pics/vids but has never remained...most of the time i simply switch cameras back front back and its fine...phone is always updated maintained meticulously. Any ideas as to what is the cause and how to correct. Thank you, Joe E.
