Root ZTE Warp Sync - All Things Root Guide

Is the ROM stable to use.
By all reasoning: It SHOULD be since it's not a CM or AOSP. This is the part where We as a community need Your help to verify what does/doesn't work and find flaws to be pinpointed and fixed. Constructive User feedback is very important to produce a perfect ROM.

I really don't see why it wouldn't be since it's the stock rom only deodexed , don't know if it's been debloated but should be just fine. Why don't you give it a shot a let us know how it goes just make sure backing it up before anything.

I created a device tree for TWRP. It will require a lot of work for AOSP but it's a start. Here are the requested links.

You will probably want to link the stock rom too for all the additional files that will be required.

I used lollipop on my galaxy s5. I really liked it. Looking forward to M (codename macadamia nut cookie). It should fix a lot of issues users have with lollipop.

U mean LP was actually some kind of improvements? (Real question) Like what? I'm really clueless cuz I quit looking for anything LP after I was distressed by its striking similarities to iOS.. I think "M" will turn out as Marshmallow :-p

looks nothing like iOS to me and that's why i like themes lol

Well other than the aesthetics and material design, there is better memory management and multitasking. The way notifications are handled are different. And devices have shown better battery life than before upgrading from kitKat. There is numerous security enhancements. And not to mention full implementation of ART, which was optional with kitkat.

Yeah lollipop was designed to have less memory requirements than previous Android versions. Should help reduce Android version fragmentation which is a slight down fall of Android. What is interesting is the version of Android that is being put together (codename brillio), which will be run on what is called internet of things devices. Basically devices with less than 512 megs of ram.

That's cool. Hey wait a minute.. AOSP means theme engines, Right? If so, then regardless of how it MAY look, it can just be themed..??

Hi guys, just want to know if anyone can give any updates on this phone I still got the Sequent but getting ready to upgrade with the Sync so is everything working ok , any glitches , crashes , forcecloses or anything weird at all ? I'm a big fan of Xposed framework (Gravity Box , Xuimod , Minminguard , Appsettings etc) has anyone tried any of those yet? only asking because at first some users were talking about this device being unstable after root. I'd appreciate anyone letting me know thanks.

Yes I did. Gravity Box was a bit funny at first but I'm willing to bet that SuperR's Deodexed/Debloated ROM w/SuperSu.apk will be more stable than a strictly KingRooted & odexed ROM all on it's own.. Give it a try. Coming from the Sequent & JollyRoger N861, you'll Love the Sync. Rich color & lots of options. Remember, KingRoot have us the door to make a good Root ROM we can customize.. Props for them too.

I know the feeling. I couldn't live without xposed either. Sucked when I had lollipop and had to wait for a working xposed.

So you use both toguether isn't that kinda overkill ? thought they were basically equalizers but i could be wrong , always heard V4A gives ur phone incredible sound but worried about battery drain and ended up using DSP Manager instead which by the way sounds great on my Sequent but then again i don't use it a lot.

Well beats audio just replaces the phones original sound files with its own (it backs up your original ones) then V4A amplifies them and Dolby lowers the sound then makes it surround hence why I turn it off and I'm a basshead so I like my bass lol
