ZTE Zmax pro Front facing cam won't work.

recently my front facing camera on my ZTE zMAX Pro stopped working my rear facing camera won't work perfectly fine but when I try it switch to the front it freezes the screen is there anyway somebody can help me fix this without doing a reset and losing my information on my phone please get back to me ASAP any information would be greatly greatly appreciated thank you

Clear cache and force stop the camera app and reboot.

If that does not work, try clearing cache partition in recovery.

not clearing the  Caches,  No. A factory reset do will erase things tho..

currently having the same problem, i cleared cache and even factory reset but it hasnt fixed the problem
