Hiya, hope this in the right place.. OK I have the ZMax on MetroPCS network for a month and half now, well all great, I even got the unlimited data plan for $60(Yaya unlimited Netflix for me!!) Well the 2ed of Oct my 4g or LTE wouldn't work, well we ran threw everything she ended up resetting my phone from were she was at, worked perfectly, well today the 20, Everything just stops, it goes out as if I had no service at all, OK.. I live 2 blocks from the metro store so I go in.. Lady shruges and says idk, looked at my account and said the bills paid and.. That's it... So I eventually got on the phone with customer support he run threw the same things the person did last time, and I told him ( still wasn't working) and he said he has been getting calls about it and that it could be a software problem with it.. That he doesn't really know( he didn't reset it like the last person) so I get frustrated and just save everything and do a hard reset.. Omg... That just made it worse hell if I wasn't around someone with a hot spot I wouldn't be here right now my phone wouldn't do anything and it's still acting really bad the longest it will keep any kind of a connection is 40min at most... Please can anyone give me anything to try...
