ZTE ZMAX Pro problems

Well I've had this phone for going on two months on the 17th, and I have not been able to save contacts after the first week of owning the phone.. any tricks to help? Also I've been receiving text messages extremely late! Any advice is welcomed. Thanks in advance

Try seing if storage is full or its probaby defective

Must be defective because my storage isn't full.

Try restoring the phone to factory defaults. If that doesn't help, I'd say it's defective.

Did your contacts sync properly with Gmail during initial set up after you bought the phone?

Is it even giving you an option to save to your phone or google/gmail?
(Are you receiving any error message)?

As far as your texts being late, that may be because of your connection.
(Are they late anywhere you go or just at home)

I get late or even no texts because in my work building the connection is horrible. (No windows in our office upstairs)

When saving. Contacts I do not get the option to save with Google/Gmail. No error messages one minute it says a contact name, then I close the screen, once I open it up again it goes back to being a number. I think it may be because I have crappy connection at my college.

Try Network setting reset that should solve it
