If you mean the $30 per month plan that gives you 1GB of Data (and then throttles down your speed if/when you go over) I believe you can.
If you don't use much data, it's a good plan, but 1GB gets used up fast...
As for the phone itself, it's a steal at $99 and about $122.xx out the door after activation and tax.
Better hurry though because these phones are very difficult to find as dealer's can't keep them in stock.
It took me a month to find a store that had one and I got there the day they came in.

No. The ZTE Zmax is an LTE device. Those are not allowed under the new plan.
The new $30 plan is only for 3G and 4G phones, they wont let you use LTE phones like the ZTE Zmax as dportal2006 said.
