zte zmax

i hav this phone and love it. but i read that the manufacture has pulled all zte zmax because people were prying open the back and messing with the battery. those that have this phone are left high and dry without a warranty or upgrade. especially hoping for the newest updates. anyone else have any information ...

Tmerto Pulled it because the got tired of the complaints of busted battries?

For warranty contact zte, I just hope they do that for zte speeds
