zv6 ota released!

Remember Hash_Brown...
HTC's "lockdown" of Senseware lasted only as long as it took good devs to build something better. My little HTC One V was an AWESOME phone after Curtis1973 built Slimbean 3.1! I had all the performance & efficient memory use that the bigger HTC's had!
We're well on our way to fixing the Tribute up!

What is the best way to view the contents of the build.prop.p file? Just converting the x.prop.p to a x.prop file hasn't seemed to work for me. Opening it up, it just shows a few lines in hex. I've looked all over for a solution and I have yet to find one that'll work. I appreciate any info!
You can also use a file explorer to edit the build.prop.

I have a few apps to edit build.prop on my phone but I'm looking to check out the differences while viewing it on my PC. The update.zip has in it a file named build.prop.p. Notice the ".p". You can't view it in Notepad with the ".p" extension because if you view it in Notepad, Notepad+, or anything else that I've tried, it just shows a couple lines of garbage. It's not a text file that can be viewed. I was was just wanting to pull the build.prop out of the update.zip and check manually what differences there are and make the changes by hand on the phone. I unfortunately can't figure out how to do that.

Its a zip file, extract the contents to a folder on your PC, then examine.

EDIT: NVM, extracts with the .p

We would need someone to post a build.prop of a freshly installed update.zip
