Root ZV6 Question

So, I am on stock ZV5, rooted it myself. I do have TWRP installed as well. When I rooted I went in and uninstalled a few of the annoying LG and Virgin aps. If I update, I imagine I can fix root with TWRP, but my questions are as follows.

1. If I try to update will it brick because of the built in LG stuff I have removed?

2. If I update successfully, will the things I removed be back?

Any help is appreciated. Please, and thank you.

I tried to install the zip using TWRP and it failed because I had removed some of the bloatware.

Same thing happened to me. Bleh.
