ZVE 3g/4g Headache

Has anyone gotten the esteem to consistently run on 4g after the Izvestia update?I reboot my phone it stays on 4g for maybe 10min tops than back to 3g it goes and stays there.If anyone has found a solution to this please share.Thanks!
 
What is your location you are at and did you check to see if a update is available . I just checked and it had some stuff about country code update .
 
All you can do is change prl 2035 2036 or 9033. I tell everyone to try it they argue about how nothing works but wont post back that it did or didnt work . Maybe u can check and post back the results . .***Note *** if you change prl using the lgpnst is the only way . Once you change the prl YOU CANT USE THE *228 TO UPDATE .reason is this will put you back to current prl .
 
I'm still currently under 'ZVD' version and never performed the so called 'update' that MetroPCS wanted me to perfom on my LG-Esteem and so far I have no problem whatsoever receiving phone calls, sending either SMS or MMS text messages or connecting to the web when I wish to do so, I'm in Miami, FL and my device shows in its status bar '4G' constantly all the time. I also often make app updates through Google Play Store on my device and no problem either. After reading all this anomalies occurring after the infamos 'ZVE' update, I plan to stay with my current version (ZVD) which has served me well for two years and counting. My device doesn't reboot by itself either and no lagging at all. Maybe I'm lucky. Also I'm not rooted ( haven't had the need to root my device).
 
thats great to hear, you arent affected currently because the changes in the south florida area arent complete in my opinion. have you left the south fl area and have consistency also?
