ZVE update issue

tried to update the phone from zvd to zve i connect it to the tool it said it was downloading then it says that i wont be receiving any calls and that i should see it turn off and on but then it stopped and showed a message that said that i needed to unplugged it from the pc take out the battery put it back in then reconnect it to the pc and turn it on but when i did that it wouldn't turn back on

yall have any ideas

Sounds like u didn't download the pc drivers . Try to download the drivers and make sure when downloading drivers when done YOU POWER OFF YOUR COMPUTER/ LAPTOP. This will cause the drivers to set and now try to update again

thanks for the reply the drivers have been installed on my pc but the phone wont even turn on or charge
