Root zynga scramble with friends and words

Does anyone play these games on a stock non-rooted phone? They are resource hogs and constantly force close. I have done all the standard stuff, reflash, fix permissions, etc. Messed with rom tools kernel tweaks but nothing helps. So just curious if anyone is a playa and the game doesnt FC on our meager memory device.
