How to set up a peronsal voice mail? Like a friendly outgoing recording.

Recently, I just got my sister's old phone and it refuses to boot. The only things I got to work was booting into recovery or booting into download mode. Any fixes?

I bought this phone without a battery, and have two questions:
1. Is there way of determining if this phone will work, without buying a battery?
When I plug it into the computer USB port, it hums and the light comes on for a couple of seconds, then it goes dead.
2. I have the SGH-1747m model. If I do buy a battery, should any battery for a Samsung S3 do?

I would like to know if there is anyone who knows how to fix the bootloader error on a TF700T with the Unrecoverable bootloader error. I have access to fastboot and the entire device is wiped due to following another tutorial for fastboot to recover from the bootloop error.. there is no more way to enter recovery or cold start android... the device has two options, fastboot mode, or being stuck at the asus logo untill the battery runs out. I don't think i can flash anything with fastboot as the bootloader is locked.

i'm open to any and all critiques and pieces of advice..

file storage analysis apps say that the apps on my phone take up 46 gb of space, but when I click on it, the biggest app uses 4 gb and the rest use mb, so I don't have any apps that could use 46 gb. I don't have that many apps either. I can't identify which file it is.



106 gb of my 128 GB memory is used

Of this, 12 GB are photos/videos,

900 mb of documents,

1.46 GB of my old backup files,

22 GB is system,

20.53 GB of other files,

That's 56 GB in total. Apps should be using 50 gb according to this, but I can't detect it, I don't have such a big app.

I have had a Galaxy 8 for a long time. Still works great but I will be upgrading soon. When I do & the Galaxy 8 is no longer active, will I still be able to use the bluetooth to listen to the music on it? Thanks in advance!

Ok, here's the dilemma i'm in. I have a terrible memory and I work in IT. I'm supposed to have these super complicated passwords to access sensitive resources and be able to remember it. And, I'm required to change them every 90 days. I'm not supposed to be writing them down. I am using a local password manager now, but I'm not supposed to be. I was switching to a different password manager, but I have to be switching my master password periodically and I cannot forget it and I cannot write it down anywhere.

So, what I was hoping is I could find an app that I could put a new complicated password in it and, at random times throughout the day, my phone will have a pop-up where I have to enter it. No lockouts for me entering it wrong because it's only a quiz. It will either tell me I typed it right or wrong. Then I can delete that quiz and use the password for a while and make a new quiz to start remembering a new password. So, the app would have to be secure. Preferably an app that does not sync to the cloud.

I'm a web developer and I run several websites. Along with that, I had 3 developer accounts 200+ apps on google play store where I used webview feature of android and deploy apps on android play store. But suddenly, Google banned all my apps of one developer account because all apps had similar designs. A few weeks later, Google suspended my other two developer accounts because they thought that other two developer accounts were associated with previously banned developer account.

My question is,

How did Google find out that all three of my developer accounts are connected?

I think following are the reasons,

- Similar identity proof
- Similar name on domain ownership proof
- Similar Adsense Unique ID

Do you think that google save any other information apart from above described information? For example, my internet MAC address or my laptop MAC address? Because, I have bought new domains and I'm planning to make new apps with newly bought domains webview where I'm going to keep the design of each app different from all the other apps.

Please share your views, I will be very thankful.

I was creating, essentially, a new GUI in Total Launcher. It's been working really well for months now.
A few days ago, I must have accidentally changed a setting - and Total Launcher is no totally unavailable.
It's there under Settings/Apps, but the "open" button is missing.
The icon for TL is there in the app tray, but when I hit it - this may be the weirdest thing - it takes me to the settings page for the TL app (with the missing "open" button).
Total Launcher is NOT in the list of available home (launcher) apps any longer.
If I open the app page for TL, it appears to running. I can force stop it - that changes nothing, and doesn't solve the problem - which entrenches my suspicion that the problem is a system setting.
All that's left to do is uninstall and reinstall the app, but that would mean a tremendous amount of work, and I have the sense that there's a button accidently pushed somewhere that merely needs to be released to fix the problem!

I thought it was the manufacturer's application, but after restoring to factory settings, this application is no longer installed, nor can I find it on the Internet. Do you know where it can be downloaded from? Or which application to download for updating applications on a device without a google protect certificate, i.e. updates and installation of applications outside the play store, e.g. netflix?

How to set a password or fingerprint lock to Samsung Note app so whenever I tap the app it will request password or fingerprint? Does it require 3 party app or Samsung secure folder or something else? Thanks.

I only found how to lock individual Samsung notes inside the app after opening the app, e.g. the guides below

Two days ago I upgraded a Samsung A52 to A53. The data transferred over, but not names and passwords. What is wrong here? Looked In settings of the A52 and do not see where names/passwords are stored, nor what causes them to be transferred to the new A53.

When I hope Contacts on my Motorola one 5G phone I see the correct number of my Gmail contacts that doesn't have any duplicates. When I search for someone there are many examples of duplicate contacts listed in my phone contacts.

What can I do so that when I search for a contact it only searches in my Gmail contacts? Also, where are duplicates coming from when it looks in my phone contacts?

Many apps run in the background when closed. Boinc (continues processing science tasks), Ebay (to give me notifications), etc. Swiping up does not close the background part. How do I actually close them completely? Every webpage I found says swipe up! Well they're wrong!

I have a discord account and app. I created a server yesterday and tried to sync my contacts, when I try to sync my contacts it gives me an error messages saying "something went wrong try again later" I've uninstalled the app, cleared data and cache and even checked all the settings and permissions to see if I can sync contacts. Everything looks good but still can't sync contacts is there a work around? Thanks

I do not see a way to view only "running" apps using Android 12. I know I was able to do this with former versions of Android. Am I missing something?

Hi, sorry I have a problem getting google assistant to work with whatsapp via a Dasaita PX6 android car tablet.
Basically I can't dictate the message while I'm driving, this happens:
- activate the assistant with "ok google"
- I say: "I want to send a whatsapp message"
- the assistant says: "ok, who do you want to send the message to?"
- I say: (example) "to Giulia"
- the assistant says: "there are no whatsapp numbers for giulia"

It's as if he can't access the address book, but in reality if I try to send whatsapp messages by writing them by hand I can easily, so I think it's a problem with the assistant.
Could this be fixable?
