How do I copy the wallpaper photo on my phone to my PC?

I'm using a Pixel 6a with Android 13, but also have it on my old Moto G Power with Android 10.

Help.... I went to use my phone and I cant get it to unlock, turn off or anything. It is asking for a password when before I would use a pin or my finger print. It says it will require the password every 72 hrs to ensure security. I do not remember every setting up a password. How can i do a reset?

I had an idea it might be fun to have a thread to share memes, funny pics, jokes, etc. around the idea of being married. Arguably they could just go in the generic ”Funny Pics” thread, but sometimes it’s good to have ‘a place’ to commiserate, so to speak.

If it doesn’t gain any traction it’s okay if it just dies, sorta like parts of one’s soul after the wedding…

I've been using an aftermarket charger on my new S22 Ultra, and when I place the phone on that charger the screen lights up for a tenth of a second to let me know that it's being charged. Is there any way to have that charging message stay on a little longer, or is that feature determined by the brand of qi charger? Thanks for any help.

Help! I luv this app. Have used it for over a year n have had no problems until now.... The voice flasher feature is just turning white n staying on. Any suggestions? I already uninstalled n reinstalled. But no change....n I use this feature with each use. Please what do I do? Is there a big in the app?

This has been driving me insane for a year since I bought my phone. When I'm on my a52 Galaxy phone, and I click on a link in a Hotmail email, it only opens in Outlook, and it doesn't open in a browser. Which means if I have to for example have a code sent to me to be able to get into a site because I forgot my password or some such, I can't do it because I have to exit the program because I'm stuck in Outlook and I can't do anything else. I am hoping against hope there is a setting on my phone that I'm just unaware of!

I want to be able to only allow text messages and calls from people in my contact list. This means I don't want notifications or calls whatsoever from anyone else. And I don't want to even know they called or texted when I check my phones history. Is this possible? I don't mind paying for an app that does this but I have heard that there is a way to do this using Android itself. Any idea? I am using a S21 ULTRA

I have a VT-TABLET-5108G, INSPIRE Chinese tablet with a RK3368H chipset which is bricked. I've tried to flash it with the RKFlashkit running Linux but I don't have the firmware and I am not getting a connection. I believe that I am not getting a connection because the RK3368H chipset is not supported by the RKFlashkit. Any help would be appreciated.

I wish to (image) backup Samsung S10e internal 128G SD card onto a fresh same size SD Card in OTG adapter. I might have exported some apps to the SD card. Is there an app to do this task from the phone?

Otherwise :
Is it clean to unmount and remove the SD card stick into adapter into PC and copy using PC file browser then from PC to new SD card then install new SD card into phone?
My concern is that PC file browser copy might fail on Android OS files and later copy back to new SD card might then fail in the phone.

I tried copying the SD card in PC and got error an message.


Any recommendation are welcome.

Hello, all. I have an AIMP player on my Windows 10 PC and an AIMP player version on my Samsung android phone. Therefore, can I transfer or sync my AIM PC Player content to my newly installed AIM android app? I have a playlist on my AIM PC player and I would like to know if there's a way that I can just transfer or sync the information from the PC app to my android phone app. Also, I've posted a version of this thread at the AIMP forum, however, I'm waiting for who responds to my question first.

If I install an APK version of an app instead of downloading from the play store, does it take up less or more space???

When playing two games with "watching an ad to get this reward" the ad will not run, I am not using any ad blocker on my moto edge plus at all, did I do something to cause this to not play the ads?

My WhatsApp backup on Google drive appears to have problems. I had reinstalled WhatsApp and had gone through the initial install process, when I received a "no backup found" message (see screenshot #1) when needing to restore from the backup. I have created an exact copy of my (media, database, and backup files on my Samsung S10e in the following location: /storage/9C33-6BBD/Whatsapp/ (see screenshot #2).

1. Currently logged in to my Gmail account associated with WhatsApp
2. I tried following the suggestions of clicking "Never" on backing up to google drive, then re-installing WhatsApp, but it only looks for the backup on Goggle Drive.

So, am I doing something wrong? Is there some sort of hidden option that can tell WhatsApp to look in the local folders on my S10e?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S10e running Android 12. When using Android Auto to play music with VLC (And a couple of other music apps), the display in the car just spins until I press the sleep button on the phone. Note the phone is not locked at this point. I have "Smart Lock" trusted devices enabled for my car, and also a Motorola MA1. The phone is not locked, as I said all I have to do is press the sleep button and I can then browse and play music in Android Auto.

Can anyone recommend how I can avoid having to press the sleep button in order to play music?

I have a Galaxy tab A7 lite that I just use for my 5 yr old. It's literally just for little kids games. I have an SD card plugged into the tablet but I cant figure out why it wont let me move apps to the SD card. I go into tha apps settings, then storage, then change storage to SD card and it starts to move the app but then says theres not enough on the SD card to move it.

I remember like 4-5 years ago there was an app that let me mount the SD card as the internal storage and that's how I moved apps around. Do i need to do something like that here??

I went to Copy an updated Word doc from my pc to my usb flash drive where there was an older version with less pages.

I stupidly clicked on the file name in the window with the flash drive and dragged it to the desktop window and clicked Replace.

I suppose there's no way to recover my longer Desktop doc with several more pages, now it's been "overwritten ' by the older copy on the flash drive.

Stupid question I guess; but I happen to catch a few You Tube Shorts / Tik Tok with some tricks unknown to me.

How do I get rid of this thing? I guess it keeps trying to connect, which I don't want. I don't even know what it is. In fact, what I really want is to pin the screen, just the camera, for now. Eventually I would probably want to unpin it. How do I do that? I have looked through settings with no luck. It's Android 12.

About a few hours ago, I was not able to change my LWP settings to a screen shot, so I did that a screen shot, it seems odd to have it crashed a few times with wallpapers and settings though, I just put it on safe mode on my moto edge plus.. Still I am also frustrated that nova launcher does not apply icons over that original icon settings, I wish for a launcher that has both the applied icon and able to change the name of each app, just for the top in the spell, I kind of wonder if there is a launcher that does both..

I think the trouble is presetting ADW on my mobile data, it seems really sucky for a second bit though, I am still somewhat frustrated this problem did even occur throughout when changing wallpapers to a point of where, I just went back with my OG launcher and was able to change the wallpaper that way. So I onwder if there is a launcher that handles both Nova settings and ADW...
