In April, Samsung had a partial roll-out of build AUDA only to replace it 10 days later with a new worldwide release, AUE1, on an identical change list. The same thing has happened with the AUE8 build, released a week ago with the June Android Security patch, being replaced by this AUF2 build, also with an identical change list.

This latest update is the 12th for the Global, Exynos, S21 series and is currently being rolled out by Samsung.

This update is for camera, general bugfixes and June security patch.

Initially, as always, this is rolling out to the non-carrier branded, stock Samsung CSC codes first.

The Galaxy S21 Global, Exynos, devices that will receive this update are...

• S21+ 5G model SM-G996B
• S21 Ultra 5G model SM-G998B

This latest release replaces the G99*BXXU3AUE1/G99*BXXU3AUE8 May builds.

I recently got a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G, and for some reason, it doesn't include the "dew drop" sound WhatsApp uses when you get a new message.

I've contacted WhatsApp support and while they have been very good at getting back, their answers/replies were pretty poor.

All I want is the dew drop sound but it's listed in my list of available sounds. I've uninstalled WhatsApp and reinstalled it but it made no difference.

Is there a way to get a .wav or a .mp4 sound file for it so that I can copy it in the relevant folder, and then set it in WhatsApp.

I recently upgraded my phone from Galaxy S9+ (Android 10) to Galaxy S21 (Android 11) and noticed a difference in the functionality of Smart Lock.

Previously I could unlock my phone with "OK Google" by turning the "Trusted Voice" option on in Lock Screen > Smart Lock.

The new Galaxy S21 (or Android 11) is missing the "Trusted Voice" option and when I try to make a call for example, using the OK Google while the phone is locked, I get a vocal message from google assistant saying: "Sure but first you need to unlock the phone".

I used PIN and Fingerprint as credential to unlock the phone in both the Galaxy S9+ and the Galaxy S21

I was wondering if anyone else noticed that and if there is a fix or a workaround?

So I've owned my Motorola Edge Plus since around September, 2020 (about 8 months now), and so far it's been great. The battery has been especially nice, as I would start the day with it around 90% (I don't charge it overnight), and I would end the day with the battery usually around 60-70%, pretty much never seeing it go below 50%.

However, about a week ago the battery suddenly started to drain extremely quickly, going from 99% to 64% overnight. No apps were running in the background, and I restarted the phone multiple times over multiple days---sometimes even leaving it off for a while before turning it back on. No matter what I did, nothing seemed to help. I also tried installing a phone cleaning app (Phone Master) a few days ago, but I didn't notice any significant changes. Now, about a week after the problem started, the battery is back to its normal drain speed. Last night it was at 99%, and this morning after about 8 hours it was at 94%. I haven't done anything new to fix the problem in a few days, so I have no idea what changed.

The problem seems to be fixed for now, but I have no idea what caused it do begin with, and how it got fixed.
I would love some help/advice and what might have caused this to prevent the problem from resurfacing in the future.

Android recently activated the coding for the Desktop mode on the newer Tablets. Mobile mode used to open by Default. Now when opening a new Browser Window it will open in Desktop mode. My vision isn't what it used to be, and Mobile Mode is much easier to read. Is their a way to make Mobile mode the default option as it was before the last update. The user should be able to choose their own default setting. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hello all, hoping someone in the forum might have an answer for me.

The other day, I was waiting for someone in the parking lot of their apartment complex when some rando walked up to me, called out to his SO, "Hey honey, write this down", and then proceeded to read her the digits of my cell number. He was on foot and I can't see how he could have had a Stingray on him.

It's not a big deal because it was a spare "burner" phone that only gets spam calls and I never answer it anyway, but I'm just curious how he could have managed that.

Can they be stopped?

I have notification tones that i have made through an app. It is now showing in my music and I use them as notification sounds they are in the notification folder. Is there any way I can stop them from showing in my music but still keep using them as notifications.
