One of the annoyances I have with Android is that notifications are not displayed in time order. I would like to see the latest notification first, rather than having to scroll througfh all notifications to figure out which one just came in. This problem is exacerbated by the fact that a new notification only shows up as a pop up for a few seconds with no apparentr way to make that time longer.

Does anyone have a way to change this?

So, I replaced the LCD+frame and that works fine. I wish I knew what the frame was before I did it though because I think that may be why this function stopped working. Maybe the speaker got damaged transferring it over? I was very careful though. The handset works and I can hear, but it's not the best quality and when I turn on speaker-phone I can't hear anything. I can only hear if I have speaker-phone turned off.

What would cause this? Where can I buy just a new speaker? Or whatever component you folks think is the problem? I know it's a cheap phone and I could just buy a new one, but I like learning how to do this kind of thing. It's fun.

I am working on a project to transmit data from a microchip card with Bluetooth Low Energy module (BM64 Microchip) to a mobile application developed in Android Studio.

While reading data on my phone, I notice receiving unknown characters from time to time. The characters received are sometimes good sometimes bad.

Here is an example of the data received, I send 15 and I receive: �5 or 1� and sometimes I receive 15.

I have an updated Sony Xperia XZ1 compact (no root), and I have an issue with the Aliexpress app (the online store). It vibrates when I receive messages from the seller. It doesn't vibrate at each message but I'm pretty sure this is the cause.

Problem is:
- notifications are disabled from inside the app
- notifications are disabled on android's settings
- I'm always on "do not disturb" mode.
- I even included Aliexpress in the "freezed" apps (those who consume too much battery, as suggested by the OS)

However, I sometimes got woken up at 7 am from a vibration. This is annoying. Anyone can help? I'd rather not to uninstall the app, since I use it.

Hello, I was simply clearing cache files on the applications on my phone (like facebook and youtube) when my phone all of a sudden froze and turned off.
As I tried to turn it back on it just turns itself back off after giving the startup screen,
I followed multiple steps on how I could resolve this issue and having the phone reset itself at HBOOT was the solution.

My problem is that whenever I select an option at HBOOT , its just stuck doing nothing, I tried waiting for an hour and two but to no avail.

My phone is an HTC model , and the battery was fully charged when it suddenly froze and turned off.

I have a Samsung S8 running Android 9.

When I'm connected to my cars through bluetooth, callers cannot hear me well. I hear them just fine.

They can hear me on my Jabra speaker, so it's not the device.

My wife had no issues from her phone, so it's not the cars.

I always have to disconnect and speak into my phone, which is illegal when I'm driving. There must be some setting that can fix this, but I can't find it.

Any ideas?

I have a Samsung T590 galaxy, and after a recent update it seems Chrome and Gmail have somehow reverted to the phone versions.

I can't work out how to get the column view on Gmail (list of emails on the left, body of email on the right).

Chrome has become clunky and unresponsive too, I can't make the tab view appear and when opening it on it's own without using a link there's not even a search field in view. The 'back' function just doesn't work, and often it's just a black screen which does nothing. It sort of works in vertical but is completely useless in horizontal.
