I'm having this problem since the new update where I can't watch videos at 780p or higher resolution, the fps drops dramatically and it looks like I'm watching a stop motion video.
I'm using high performance, restarted the phone, cleared cache and still nothing. Anyone has suggestions?

Jo, want to Record calls on my A40 but it seems Impossible.
Samsung A10, 20, 30 and 50 have this feature but not the A40.
I tried to download several apps to do so but they only record silence on ongoing or outgoing calls.
I tried several diferent settings but nothing works.

I understand the official firmware sources like FRIJA don't support the ATT update firmware due to some kind of ATT restriction. the only place i was able to find, that seems to have the new March ATT firmware is Sammobile, but downloading an update file from them takes 9 hours due to their free user limitations. sonneries mp3

I have a Google Pixel 4xl through Sprint. After leaving it unattended for several hours, I noticed my Data was turned off. Turned it on, it turned back off. Then it said No Sim Card. I wasn't even aware that it had a physical SIM card OR a slot for one, so I assumed it was a software glitch. Then I noticed the slot & opened it to find it empty. There was only one person around the phone in that time so I accused them of stealing it. I had no access to WiFi, so I just started combing through the settings. After resetting network config and restarting the phone, it was back to normal. All SIM card stats back to normal. Then I found out about eSIM, so I'm assuming now that it never had a physical card.

So my question for anyone reading this are:

What exactly happened? and...

Is it possible it had one, had it removed, and automatically rebooted an eSIM with no WiFi access? (I realize that's highly unlikely, but why would it say 'NO SIM CARD'?!?!)

I requested ZTE to give me the stock ROM in a very specific way and somehow I got it!

Please could someone recommend a good app for exercising in Android? Is for an elderly woman so it should have moderate routines, have sounds alerts for when to exercise and when to rest indicates and if possible shows clear pictures with examples of the exercise or announces it with voice. Have been trying different apps in last weeks but none that fit the best.

One that looked promising was Freeletics but it was too complicate to make it work every time.

So I was outside and my battery was on 0% and my phone powered of, when i came back phone i put my mobile phone on charger it and booted it. Whenever I call someone from my Samsung galaxy Note 9, I can hear them but they can't hear me properly- my voice is either delayed on their phones or they just can't hear me at all!
I know it has nothing to do with the WiFi because everyone else's phones in my household are working properly.
Can you please advise on how to fix this as I have to call people regularly!

Hello all. I have just bought a Lenovo Smar Tab M8 tablet, onto which I have installed the Kindle reader app. I do have a Kindle account and have purchased a few books from Amazon with this. I do, however, have some free azw3 books which I would also like to put into the library. Is it possible to do this ? Can anyone please advise me?

Hi, I am in charge of testing a mobile-compliant website that also needs access to the device camera and microphone. I needed to expand the ability to test different Android devices, so I downloaded the Android SDK and created virtual devices. However, if I set the camera of any virtual device to "Webcam0" (to use my computer's webcam) and go to the url via the built in web browser, the entire emulator crashes immediately. macOS then generates the following report:


The "Namespace TCC" points to a privacy issue. The new Catalina makes it v hard to access the camera (https://carlashley.com/2018/09/28/tcc-round-up/). I have googled how to work around the issue for Android development and the responses are something like the following:

• If your app uses device cameras, include the NSCameraUsageDescription key in your app’s Info.plist file.
  
  
• If your app uses device microphones, include the NSMicrophoneUsageDescription key in your app’s Info.plist file.
  

That's great for someone who is actually building a native Android App, but I just want to launch the Android emulator and use its default web browser to test a website.

1. Is it overkill to use Android Emulator for this purpose? In other words, can I simply go to Dev Tools in Chrome desktop and resize the browser to the target dimensions of whatever Android device I want to test?

And

2. If it were not overkill / I had to do it via the Emulator, how would I do it? My hunch is to build a custom Chromium apk with the NSCameraUsageDescription settings in Info.plist and put it into the emulator via instructions here: https://developers.google.com/web/t...er-browsers#chromium_content_shell_on_android but that would require pulling down Chromium and making a custom build.

There should be a happy medium between these two solutions, right?

I'm having issues uninstall several applications (not the default ones that come with the phone), even new ones I'm installing even if I tried everything I found online.

So from the Settings > Application Manager > Application Info I only have Disable or Force Stop buttons or sometimes Uninstall Updates but no Uninstall as it should.

Hi! I currently use the Galaxy S9, but I would like to change my smartphone to a newer one, such as the Galaxy S20. I use the gadget for games and photos, so these two factors are crucial.

In terms of taking photos, the new smartphone will definitely be better, I'm sure of it, but what about performance. My country officially sells a model with an Exynos processor, but in the case of the Galaxy S20, the Exynos 990 processor does not work well, at least some owners say so. My Galaxy S9 runs on a Snapdragon processor, and there are no problems with it. I compared Snapdragon 845 and 990, the second one was better, but it's in the benchmarks, what about real tests?

Hi, does anyone know if there Is there a radio app that will use the Samsung S10 plus built in FM radio, rather than having to use internet streaming apps.

I read that the s10 plus does receive FM signals but all the radio apps i keep downloading seem to be internet stream only.

Hi, I have a Samsung s10 plus, i mainly use GBoard with swipe. I like having the clipboard in my shortcut icons but i am finding i add it and it stays in place for a while and i think on restarting my phone it always seems to reset and i have to add it again.

Is this right or is there a fix?
