I want this code in version 3.6 of android studio.

1: An ability to give voice commands to make totally hands-free calls, and to make commands for those calls to be on speakerphone.
2: An awesome camera
3: A great battery
4: At least 8 GB RAM

Preferences: I don't like the "Long and thin" design of the currently promoted galaxy phones, (you read text left to right not up and down. Seems they would have figured this into their designs). I saw a couple that were extra wide, but they looked more like Phablets.
I like a niche (See what I did there) balance of 3 and a half inches across by 6 inches tall.

Any suggestion? My Od LG V30 is on her last legs.

I set up this phone so I can just say "OK Google, call bill" and it would call open a window, show a little green check mark, as if to say "OK" back to me, and then dial Bill, totally hands free, and could even add "On speakerphone" at the end and I'd be calling Bill on speakerphone.

Nut now, as of about 7 days ago, now google will not call about half the numbers in my contacts list, and I can't figure out why. Like calling my godmother, works fine, but calling the local BBQ joint just stopped, and it freezes at the same window with the "OK" green check mark, but now I have to actually, physically, that says "Make call" to finish the action.
This ruins the whole reason I got and programmed this phone.
Anyone have any idea on how I can get google to call the rest of my numbers without having to touch the screen while I am driving.

My friend recently gave me his old Xiaomi Redmi Note 4x that he hasn't been using for a long time. He didn't remember the password so i wiped its data using the recovery mode. But now, when the phone opens it says that i should activate my phone using a mi account. My friend doesn't remember the password of his mi account. I managed to crack and now i can login without any problem. But when i connect the phone to the internet, i get locked agan. Is there any program i can use to block incoming connections from the xiaomi servers?

I need an android application that can communicate with the raspberry pi by basically turning the phone into a sensor (Gyroscope & Accelerometer) and a receiver and transceiver. If possible, it should be able to communicate through Python.

Im going through my App settings on my Poblano VLE5. It gives you the option to turn the "notification dot" on or off for each app. Where is this dot located if it is turned on?

I am having a problem with apps such as the OfferUp app not being able to access the picture gallery in order. I have my pics stored on an SD card. When I click Gallery on the phone, the pics are in date order, as I scroll down the pics are older. The pics are sorted by album Camera, Download, etc in the Gallery.

When I access the pics in apps(such as OfferUp, the order of the pics is all mixed up with Download pics intermixed with recent Camera pics. This problem is only evident when using the apps. Tapping right into Gallery, the pics are in chronological order.

Anyone know what would cause this error? Seems like it might be an SD card issue. I would appreciate any suggestions how to correct the order of pics when apps access my phone Gallery. Thank you.

Phone is a Kyocera Duraforce Pro, if it matters.

I have an old Alcatel phone, running 5.1.1. It says it has 4.37GB of internal storage, but only has 649mb free. I used file manager to thru the entire internal directory and there is virtually nothing there. Where does Android hide all the system and application files that come on the phone ? Do I have to root the phone to even see that stuff ?

I have video files showing up at the top of the gallery with a date 6th Feb 6, 2036
some files are .mp4 other are .m4v these are video files and taking up the top position in my gallery and therefore to see any recent picture I need to scroll down through these files which is not how it should be.

I am using Android 9 on an Ulefone Armor 6s, running Nova Launcher. Anyhow, my question is this....when no apps are open and I get a text message, my phone chimes the notification sound. When the message app is open and I get a new message, it just vibrates - causing me to miss messages. Can I change this so I always get a notification sound?

Is this phone able to have separate ringtones for emails and texts, I can't seem to figure out how to do it?

I have a Galaxy S9 and I have looked everywhere to find out how to get notifications when my phone is locked. For example I have a ring doorbell and if the phone is locked I get a sound notification but I can't see who is there. If my phone is unlocked I can open the app and see who was there it used to work when the phone was locked.

I am developing an app to use a fingerprint scanner. The scanner connects to the phone via Wifi. When it's connected I do not know how to get the phone to use mobile data at the same time for internet. Even if there is a setting on the phone I could change which I cannot find I will need this to be auto or done via code. I tried setting mobile data always active in dev options but still same results.

Okay, I'm trying to get away from using Google for everything. Already using Mint browser and downloader app and Yandex browser app as secondary browser (great if it would automatically translate to English). Now looking for a different app for photos,launcher and anything else to change from using Google, specially Gmail. Main question is, since I'm trying not to use google apps,do I still need to keep updating the apps (google, chrome, Gmail,etc).

After lots of struggle trying this and that, I came across and almost successfully followed its instruction.

But I am stuck at almost last point. (It's 11:00 in the Youtube video)

It's stuck here. That is, it shows me the screen at 11:02 of the youtube video. For me now it's stuck here for 10 minutes now.

In the youtube video, this step takes 1 second, so it will quickly move to the screen shown at 11:03 of the youtube video.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra price tag starts at $1400 which has many bloggers in a tizzy. Take for instance Austin Evans who was inspired by the S20 Ultra to make a video titled, "Stop Buying Expensive Smart Phones":

But here's the thing... when asked if the Galaxy S20 Ultra was worthy of the name "Ultra" he definitively answered "yes". When asked, "is the Galaxy S20 Ultra worth it?"- the answer was "it depends". The bottom line is that if you want the best phone with the best camera and have $1,400 to spend than yes it's worth it.

Not sure why he would make a video insisting people STOP buying expensive smartphones and then provide advice that a $1,400 smartphone is worth buying... but alas... that's the world we live in.

This is a pretty comprehensive comparison between the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra and the Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max:

Based on these samples, I hate to say it, but video from the iPhone appears better to me. Photos from the devices are more of a tossup, with the S20 Ultra crushing in two specific departments: zoom photos and low light photos in ultra wide mode.

It also appears to perform a lot better in the dark with the selfie camera using flash:


It also has selfie camera night mode which the iPhone 11 Pro Max lacks.

Ultimately SuperSaf concludes exactly what you might expect: there is no CLEAR winner. They're both great but have different strengths and weaknesses.

The clear win here for the Ultra is the zoom which is why many of us would buy the device in the first place. The clear loss for the Ultra seems to be in video stabilization and color in shadows.

If you want to take photos with the 108MP camera on the Galaxy S20 Ultra you've got to specifically jump into the settings and choose that option. This is different altogether than using the 100X Space Zoom. Take a look at this video from CNET's Jessica Dolcourt where she compares taking 108MP photos and cropping them vs. using the 100X Space Zoom:

She makes a good point about the usefulness of 8K video as well. Not many devices have 8K screens so it may seem useless to record in 8K, but it grants you the opportunity to zoom into that footage in post production without losing detail.
