Saw this weird app with lips and "cute" under it on my girlfriends phone. Now I don't want to go through her stuff. But I am wondering if it's something worth worrying about. Does anyone know where it's from?

Guys, is there a way of disabling the overlay that appears when mirroring content from the S10 to my TV? After a few seconds of viewing content the display on my S10 goes black, and this overlay appears.

It appears to be static, and I am concerned about the display getting screen burn from this

Is it possible to flash a new/custom recovery without being able to first get into the stock recovery? I've found lots of articles but none of them address this situation; they've all referred to first going into the recovery to wipe the data, etc.

My situation is the tablet continues to reboot constantly, never getting past the logo screen. I can get it into download mode but my attempts to apply new FW have not affected the behavior; it just continues to reboot. When I put it into recovery mode, it flashes an "Installing system update" page for a split-second and then displays an "Error" page (no other information) for another split-second, and then goes back to the constant reboot cycle.

The constant reboot issue began when it received the latest system update on 2019-11-30. A link to my original post on that is here.

So while playing games, I get notice that my battery is 20% low, thei 9t has 4000 battery. Will it damage the battery when playing games on low battery?

My Moto E4 is going haywire. I woke up this morning, got in my phone, and it stalled. When it wouldn't respond to anything, I tried restarting it, which normally resolved the stealing problem. This time it didn't work. It would start, go to the home screen, and go dark. I would it's the power button and nothing would happen. When I hold the power button, it powers on again. The whole start sequence. It did that several times so I have up and left it alone. Two hours later when I checked it, it was on. But it now has major problems. Most of my games won't start. I get messages about memory being full so it can't complete that action (16 GB phone with same amount storage card, card is half full, phone 2/3's). I can't take screen shots for the same. Not enough storage space to launch a game already installed. Many things just fail to launch with no explanation. Messages that say failed to extract resources. A message every few seconds that I can't read because it pops on and off screen so fast having to do with 3 different apps that I haven't even tried to launch. Pretty sure it's for Amazon shopping, AliExpress, and the in phone timer. It's still freezing occasionally, and then I have to start the whole start 50 times without actually turning on process again. I need to figure out how to fix this. Any help will be appreciated.

im pretty my ex hacked my phone. if i go to my apps i have double everything . not everything but double phone, settings, ect . plus i keep getting calls from the number 1000000000 and random text messages that say nothing except 10000000. my phone is taking tons of weird pictures constantly. it dies super fast, tons of randpm recodings of my voice, my phone always says google located it . i dont know whay to do please help me

Whenever i switch on the hotspot, the while using my internet , the speed of my internet lags . How can i fix this problem because while using hotspot of my phone on another phone it works perfectly fine. But in my phone which is VIVO Z1 PRO lags in internet can cause problem while surfing, gaming, or doing work. Can you suggest me something ,so that i can fix it???

I have a ZTE Axon 7. Starting 4 days ago, I have sporadically had a grey bar pop up just below the notifications bar on the home screen. The word "partners" is in white on the left hand side. When this happens, the screen freezes and nothing works except for the notifications which I can pull down. Clearing the notifications does not remove the "partners" bar. I can get rid of the "partners" bar temporarily by restarting the phone. Does anyone else have this problem? . I am hesitant to factory reset my phone is fully functional when I don't have the "partners" bar.

Galaxy S7 Android 8.0.0 not rooted. From the settings>apps>app permissions menu it shows there are "3 of 8 apps allowed" under SMS permission. When I open the SMS permissions to to identify the apps there are only 2 of 7 possible apps listed as having that permission. When I go to "show system" from the menu it indicates an additional 3 system apps (5 total) of an additional 9 possible system apps (16 total) with SMS permission.

In my old SGS5 I could use the BT connection from the car stereo (2013 Toyota Highlander) to chose artist and song and start playing.

Last week I upgraded to SGS10e. BT pairing to the car stereo is fine, and when I use the phone to open a music player and start playing a song it is playing on the car stereo speakers. But there is no choice of artist / song / playback on the car stereo screen. That's of course not the desired mode of operation.

So what's the trick? Is there a specific player app required on the 10e to offer control / display on the car stereo screen via BT? In the SGS5 the plain Samsung stock player did the trick.

I have a problem where AS installs a version of my app v1.07 onto my phone when it is plugged into my PC (Windows). This is the latest version.
I then generate an APK and copy it to a location on our intranet (since it is local to our company only)
If I then link to the intranet on my phone, and download and install this APK, the app then reverts to v1.06 on my phone.
Initially I thought that AS was not updating the APK, but subsequently I found this not be the case.
On a different phone that had an even older app (v1.04), I linked to this APK and installed it, and it correctly reflected v1.07. So the APK generated is definitely v1.07. I also tested this on a phone that had never had the app previously installed, and it went straight to v1.07 from this downloaded APK.

So back on my phone I went into app settings, and deleted the data & cache, an then uninstalled the app.
I also went to downloads and APK's downloaded, and deleted anything downloaded. I then tried to install the APK again from the intranet link, and it is AGAIN v1.06.

I can't figure out where it is getting this v1.06, but also why it isn't reflecting v1.07 when that is what the APK version is...?

Now my ipega Red Knight PG-9730S stopped working and i need a neew controller that must have the following:

- It needs to be a retractable controller where i can sit my Note 10+ inside and playcas if i was playinng a PSP.

- Needs dual analog sticks with L3 & R3 Capabilities like when you use a PS4 Controller it doesnt matter what position the analog sticks are placed (less or none at all analog drift is amust)

- Vibration is really not important but if their is one would be a A+ in my book

- Bluetooth capable that is very great.

Can be new or used but it must be on either fair or good condition

I went into accessibility settings and changed everything to huge and even tried the screen pinching things and volume button and nothing works.

My texts are unreadable to me.

I am looking for a wearable device which has a calendar or reminder app that I can use to set up multiple reminders (with text description). I need a wearable that supports a vibrate mode and will vibrate when the reminder is due. I need the reminders to be active when the device is not connected to a phone or other companion devices. I have a Samsung Galaxy 8 phone. So I can sync the device to the phone with any app. But once it is sync'd the reminder has to work in standalone mode on the wearable.

This is for my son. So I guess it has to be sufficiently conspicuous that he isnt conscious of wearing it. . I would prefer a touchscreen as well. If you have any recommendations, please let me know.

My Samsung S10 doesn't have a mobile data toggle how do I fix it?
