Noticed some interesting Note 10 info and I'm looking to upgrade. Trophy thing told me to say Hi, so here I am.

It's been rumored that Samsung will remove the micro SD card slot from the Note 10 after having expandable storage on previous Note models. However some sites suggest it might still be an option on the Note 10 Plus.

If these rumors are correct it's odd they'd remove it from one version and keep it on the other.

Last night we git an update to my wife's 2016 Samsung 10 inch tablet. It went straight from 5.1 to 8.1 and June 2019 security update. And there was me about to head on over to XDA to see if there's a Lineage OS available.

I have a ZTE Maven using Android 5.1 Lollipop and AT&T Go Phone.
When the phone rings and I touch it to take it out of my pocket, the call is answered.
This is a new behavior. I used to have to swipe down on the screen to answer.

I have searched every setting & sub-setting on the phone with no luck.
Internet searching has many articles, some specific to Lollipop, but my phone does not have the buttons to press as shown in the articles.

Do any of you know how to turn off answering unless I swipe down?

I am Android App Developer, I facing an Issue only in One Plus Devices.
Issue: In Listview I have placed an ImageView in it, we are using Library (WrapContentDraweeView) to fetch the Image url and displaying on the Screen. While showing the Images on the Screen Images are cut of for 1 DP (Top, Bottom, Right, Left) on all the sides. Tried to replicate the issue in Other devices, but we can't able to reproduce this issue in other Devices.

Well, I flashed a SANDERS 28.49 Firmware running a XT1800 G5s Plus, but idk I have issues like wifi not working (can't activate it), calls have no sound, some bluetooth devices won't work and i'm trying to flash a newer version of sanders (28.65) trough fastboot, but I get preflash validation failed, security version downgrade, etc, and I cannot even install any custom rom trough TWRP because error 7 (even with the updater-script modified)

Ok, I guess this exists on the S10. I passed up that flagship and haven't followed the forum for fear that I'd have to have one. Does anyone know just what the triple camera amounts to and the quality of pictures captured by the technology? I'm without a clue but leaks elude to the Note 10 also having the triple camera. I'm like to know more about what it amounts to.

So Samsung finally joins the rest of the world and removes the headphone jack on the Note 10. Was wondering when the 3.5mm jack would finally die.

So I am kinda tech savvy...
My old 3xl has a wonky port, so they sent me a replacement..

First I did whatever 'transfer from old to new phone' stuff the new phone wanted to do...
Then I cut and pasted all folders from old phone, to PC, then onto new phone
THEN I used Helium to back up "53" apps to my google drive, which it ended up doing only 30- no idea why..
SMS back n restore...
comparing phones side by side, pretty much identical in the app drawer, most apps appear to have moved over with their data...looks like all my music, texts, pics etc....
I am almost ready to wipe old phone BUT.
using the pc to look into the phones, old phone has 14 Gb available, new phone...29

I am getting confused by the names. It seems that sometimes the Amazon cloud storage is named as Amazon Drive while the other time it is named as Amazon Photo.
Are they just the same thing?

Please help. I just received a refurbished LG Tribute 5 from TextNow. Did not root or uninstall factory apps. I called myself from another phone to test the signal (signal was great). When I unlocked the phone, it was stuck on the lock screen showing 1 missed call (my test call). Couldn't unlock or even shutdown with power button. I had to pull the battery. Did this 2 times then I was able to unlock. After that random apps started opening and then the phone froze again. I pulled the battery and the same thing keeps happening.

Has anyone ever heard of this happening? How do I fix this? I just spent a long time on this phone and would hate to have to send it back for either exchange or refund (but will if no other choice).

Hello all, I recently dug into my Developer Options menu to try and speed up my Google Pixel 2 XL by turning off all animations, and I may have inadvertently made another change that has caused a different problem...... I have a small Go-Pro style camera that I used to be able to connect to my Pixel 2 XL thru the USB-C (OTG style) cable. I just did this as recently as a week ago .... same cable, same OTG adapter (the one that came with my Pixel), same camera...... but now when I plug it in is just says it is charging the camera, no data transfer is available.

Tried a few different cables, even tried a different OTG adapter.

I did some research, and went back and made sure USB Debugging was turned on. Then I made sure the default USB Configuration was set to "File Transfer".

After that didn't work, I tried to clear the cache & data from the "External Storage" and "Media Storage". I then cleared the cache & data on the "Settings" app. I also reset all APP Preferences....... but I'm still not having any luck.

Also I used to be able to plug my Pixel 2 XL in to my PixelBook (Chromebook?) and it would transfer data, but no such notification now when I plug the two together.

Any other advice I can try? I was thinking of maybe upgrading this phone soon, since it's a year and a half old, but if I can't transfer any data, I can't retrieve any files or pics off this phone, so I'm beginning to get very nervous.

Thanks for any help or ideas you may have, I'm willing to try anything at this point.
