I have 3 columns in my table - Id primary key autoincrement,name and marks.After inserting the data's IAM displaying the data's in gridview..IAM displaying only the name and marks in the gridview..on selecting the row I need to fetch the Id of the row so that using that Id I can update the record in the database...how to fetch the Id of the selected particular row...can one tell me the solution..

This little symbol kept flashing every 5-6 seconds on my status /notification bar. It has now stopped but I'm not sure what that was. My phone has been acting up for days and my next step is to reformat.

This same icon showed up on my phone about 2 weeks ago and whenever I look through my notifications to see what it is, it doesnt show up. I have a samsung Galaxy J7 Pro, I am having a problem with Wi-Fi, When I download big stuff 600 MB+ and then turn off my phone screen the Download fails, this problem happens in Googleplay and in-game downloaders but not in Galaxy store, I tried clearing cache, restarting router couple time, forgetting Wi-Fi and connecting back, Also I tried downloading this from my other phone Samsung note 5 and no problems, so the problem is in the phone, Please tell how to fix it, I am running Android 9.0 .

Hey guys, I'm a beginner in writing Android apps by Android studios. When I try to test the main method in my model class, it said "Error: Could not find or load main class com.example.caps.Game". Why did it happen? How to solve it?

When Android was new, I was like a kid in a candy shop, buying apps left and right.

As I've moved from one device to another, certain apps have followed me, while others fell by the wayside.

Now when I browse the Play Store, trying to find something to buy, I come up empty.

So I'm looking for recommendations! What are your go-to apps? What can't you get by without? Which app(s) do you love telling people about?

I don't know what I want, so all genres are welcome, but I don't want any "shoot 'em up" games.

Would it be possible within APK Editor to add some code to any app so it plays some music?... or maybe not so easy!.

I'm currently needed to memorize about 35 paragraphs of text and I noticed that I learn better when I dictate and listen to them rather than reading. However, it's sooo boring!

I would therefore like to play my music at the same time as listening to the dictated text when I'm walking, on the train, etc. Is there an app that can play both at the same time, automatically equalizing volumes for each other so both can be heard clearly? The music I listen to are all purely instrumentals, which fit in great with learning the paragraphs.

I want some tasker tasks to cut off my addictions.

First thing I thought about is a tasker which will shut down my phone if I am using an addictive app (e.g. Facebook) for more than 2 minutes.

I tried but my task didn't work. Any solution?

Also, are there any other taskers for the similar purpose of cutting off addition?

I am a newbie. I have an Android LGE. Within the last 4 days an Image appeared on my phone. I attempted to delete but not possible. I am totally at a loss as to what or how it was installed. The image is clear upon initial view but when I tap it, the image turns white. It is a square with a circle inside and a (person?) inside the circle. If I tap on it, then the background is black with a volume option, Power option and a Home option. When I click next there are options for accessibility, Screen capture, and Pinch.

Driving me crazy. It floats to every app I use, to my contact list, my conversation list...everywhere. I have unloaded any apps I installed within this time frame. But to no avail.

Please help if able. I appreciate your time and effort in advance.

Starting point:
I accidentally deleted important photos / screenshots.

I want to pull a data dump from the32 gb block device (dd or adb pull) to my PC.
This will hopefully rescue my deleted images by using Photorec.

Via twrp and adb I could already pull the mmcblk0 debice 32gb to my PC.

Problem: this seems Samsung encrypted.

Question:
Option a: does a possibility exist to decrypt this img file 32 GB on the PC? (Samung tools) Attention: I am the owner, I have all keys: Google Account, PIN, Wipe gesture. I am the owner.

Option b:
exists a way to get SU/root rights via twrp or other wg WITHOUT data wipe? Then I can try a SU dd dump to an external sd card during the stock rom is running and hopfully has the device somewhere mounted in a decrypted manner.


Are there any other options?

I have a simple map app that I've been using, and I've noticed that I lose pins and routes if the app is backgrounded for a while. I can background it for a minute or two without a problem, but it clears everything to a fresh start if I leave it for 30 minutes or so (I don't know the exact time before it clears). From what I can tell, the activity is calling onCreate again. I also noticed this happening with rotation.

I was wondering if there's a certain time limit that cause onCreate to be called again? Is there any way to change that if there is?

Part of the point of this app is to provide a map that remains loaded while traveling through areas with no service, so I'm trying to avoid reloads as much as possible.

Their is an app icon in my app list that is labeled as instant app. It's gray with a lighting bolt. When I click on it, it opens my gallery.
When I long press on it and click app details it comes up as the play store.
If I disable it, it will remove my play store app and I would have to redownload it again which would result in the instant app icon coming back.
I've tried hiding it but whenever I download a new app or comes right back.
Hope someone has a solution for this issue im having.
