Apps App development with DynamoDB

Hi everyone,

I have an inquiry (not a code issue) and I'm not sure if this is the right place to post it or not, but I'm seeking your help and support.

I'm developing an Android Application and I want it to be connected to a DynamoDB database on AWS, the tables on DynamoDB already exist and have a lot of data that I want them to be sent (or synchronized with the app) once the user opens the application on his phone. The current use case is that there's no user login, so basically the data are being sent from DynamoDB to the App but not vice versa. The current status is that I'm able to connect to the DynamoDB and retrieve the data (that's not a problem), but what should I do to guarantee the best performance? Should I always keep the user connected to the database on DynamoDb and keep retrieving data directly from it? Or should I make a local db (SQLite) within the app and store the data in it and only synchronize when needed? And is it actually secure to make the App always connected to the DynamoDB directly ? Or should I make something like interface between the App and DynamoDB? (I heard that from someone but I don't know how can it be done or where)

Apologies for the long post, and I would appreciate your help

Thanks,

Help Windows 10/7 does not recognize my devices, but charging battery

Helo, I am new here, but I hope someone can help me.
So I broke my phone screen on my device "Ulefone power 2" (more like "never ever"), and screen does not work (digitizer & display).
Than I order new screen, and sended screen didnt give any picture, just low light.
I contacted seller and he send me message "regarding the problems with your mobile phone, I consulted the factory and your mobile phone needs to update the software", and give me instructions (https://mega.nz/#F!k3wkVCRJ!P25s27S5GLMD41EPKCWXQA).
So I connected my device with pc, and my pc recognize it, I see all my data, but I was realy

Next day I connected my device with pc and my pc does not recognize my phone devices, but phone make "charging sound".
And I try a lot tips but they did not work, and my pc (windows 10 and 7) just dont recognize it.
So what I need to do? Is there any "easy" chance to get my data back (I didnt have data in cloud, or backup..)?
Any suggestions and advice what to do now will help me!

HOW DO I FLASH THE ALCATEL IDEAL XCITE 5044R

Hi,
I have an Alcatel Ideal Xcite 5044R that appears to be stuck in EDL mode. It happened abruptly while I was merely sending a text. I've tried holding down the buttons to exit EDL but nothing has worked. I want to flash it. I have two compatible firmware but I do not know how to flash them. I've tried the two main Qualcomm flash tools: (1) QFIL and (2) QPST and it doesn't work. The firmware I have does not have the Firehouse Programmer file. I've tried different ones but it still hasn't worked. Can someone please help me...

samsung sm-g930u will not work with cricket network

Purchased Samsung Galaxy S7 SM-G930U unlocked off Amazon. Description said it was an ATT unlocked phone and would work with Cricket Network. But what I received was a Version phone. I also purchased a Cricket SIM Kit, because I needed a nano SIM.

Activated new SIM online. Inserted SIM into new phone, but it will not recognize network. I verified the configuration connection access point matches Cricket. I did notice the "Turn APN on/off" button was grayed out, but it said "APN turned on."

I do now what is causing the disconnect between unlocked phone and Cricket network. The Amazon seller told me, "Live with it, exchange it, or send it back for refund." when I asked for assistance or guidance how to get the phone to work with Cricket.

Cricket representatives don't help either unless I go to a corporate office, which I did. The rep verified that the new SIM works & activated without problem. She put her work SIM & personal SIM into my new phone, but neither would connect.

How can I get the SM-G930U to work on Cricket network?

I bought this phone because I heard many good things about it. It is small and had great reviews. It is also inexpensive, as I do not care about the newest latest phone. I just want to send/receive msgs, calls, youtube, and FB games. This is my first new phone in 5 years.

Any advice is appreciated.

FM Radio App that support wav recording

Hi, thought this would have been a simple find, but my google searches continually result in spammy websites and other off topic garbage. I'm just looking for an FM Radio app that has a recording function built in that can record in wav.

I currently have an FM radio app on my phone that records, but it's only mp3, and even with that, the files have been recorded in some secret location, searching the phones entire directory structure has not resulted in locating where such recordings are.

Unlocked bootloader, not booting

I unlocked the bootloader on my Nexus 5 phone. When I tried to boot into recovery mode, I get the standard message that my device isn't being scanned for corruption. I expected it... but then nothing. It doesn't boot, it doesn't change. I tried relocking the bootloader in an attempt to fix my mistake, but then I get a message that my device is corrupt. Still doesn't let me boot. Tried unlocking and relocking again. Same thing.

If I hold the power button down long enough, I can go back to the broken Android screen. The Start option has the same problem as above. Restart bootloader just shuts the phone off for a split second, then goes back to the broken android screen. Recovery mode doesn't work as described above. I'm afraid to go with "Power off", I'm afraid it might ruin my phone.

I can re-re-unlock the bootloader and go back to the "can't check for corruption" message. Re-re-locking it makes the "your device is corrupt" message again. What do I do? I'm afraid I might have already ruined the phone.

Running flash files on Android 8

I have been running flash files and sites on Android 6 very smoothly using Dolphin video or dolphin browser. After upgrading into Android 8, none of these apps are running well: Dolphin browser is unable to install from google play or from APK, and Dolphin video is unable to work porperly.

Does anyone have any solution for flash files?

'PROMOTION" ad or virus?

Intermittently - once a week or so I open my Home page and find, above the app icons a grey bar, about 3 or 4mms deep, running across the face with the word PROMOTION in white capital letters inside it. No app can be opened when this is displayed. Tapping it has no effect - so there's no way of finding out what it's a promotion for. Only tapping the Home button makes it disappear and frees the Home page for use.
Has anyone else encountered this nuisance and found out which app is responsible for it? Uninstalling existing apps one by one and waiting a week or more would take an age. It's about the most stupid thing I've ever encountered.
