The incoming calls from my wife goes directly to vm after one ring. No problem with any other incoming calls. Her telephone number is *not* on the blacklist, whiteboard, blocked, etc. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Does Google directly support any method of remotely taking control of an Android tablet? They support the ability for a Chrome browser to remotely control a Windows desktop using Chrome Remote Desktop, which is integrated very well with Windows. Ideally I would like a Chrome extension that let me select the tablet from a menu and immediately get logged in with known credentials. It would be fine if there was a requirement that the Chrome browser and the Android tablet both be logged in as the same Google account.

I go and start the instagram live on my android phone, it checks my connection, begins to record and says you are live now. Then quickly ends the live without any messages or error info and shows the dialogue that if I want to keep it for next 24hrs. sonneries gratuites

I tried updating the app, re logging in my account, uninstal and reinstal it from play store. But nothing works.
I have made live videos before, but from a couple of months ago it just stoped working.

hello,
after the latest update, I can barely see the text fonts or whatever on my messages, settings menu etc I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change the color so I can see them. I've included a screen shot to be more clear. Anyone know how to fix this?

I am on US Cellular
I have very VERY bad cell service where I live.
Most time I need to go outdoors to get a decent signal.
I have GREAT wi-fi in my house.
I have been using the Messaging app that came with my phone.
Recently, I read on the Internet that the new Android Messages app will use wi-fi if it is available.
In fact I read that the Messages app dosen't need cell service at all, to work if you have wi-fi.

Does the above sound correct ?
Is anyone else using the Messages app ?
And if so, do it use the wi-fi instead of mobile data or Cell service ?

so I recently bought a controller for my phone(moto e5 cruise) and does respond but incorrectly. the controller is a 2.4ghz wireless f-360 gamepad. and it doesn't connect through Bluetooth. it connects through USB. any tips on how to get it working properly?

OK so i got a Samsung galaxy s8 with a waterproof case about a week ago. Ever since I put the case on there has been moisture in it. I have cleaned the case but not even five minutes later it will be back. Any suggestions???

Is it possible to cast your phone to a TV and then record your phone's screen? I have a galaxy s7 running android 8. Seems like it only allows you to do one or the other, but not both simultaneously.

Has anyone figured out a way to do this? Do newer devices have this capability?

We are observing video lag when recording mobile screen session through WebRTC Kurento API for Android and need to improve video quality.

Need help to get rid of video lag.

Please note, from class "PeerConnectionParameters", we did set/modify few parameters like, "videoWidth", "videoHeight", "videoFps", "videoBitrate".

Last January I was able to track the movements of my android phone on a google maps page.
the map would draw an itinerary of my phone, throughout the day.

It was super handy, the map would show where the thieve went during the day.
Police looked at different CCTV footage and quickly find the the guy who stole my phone.

Today, I'm trying to look at the same information but the (google?) map no longer show the movements. It only show the current location.
(Location services are turned on)

Has anyone maybe a link to share or has Google terminated that feature?

I am using a Samsung S6. Is there a way to customize Notification sound for a specific app? So basically my point is that whenever I receive a motion detection notification on my Lorex wifi cam I want my phone to send me the loudest notification possible. But I cant seem to find a way to customize notification sound only for that app. Also at night time I turn off all notifications so is there a way to keep Lorex app notification on while my phone is on silent. I am using Android 7

As I can understand There today is the latest Android 9 (pie) version which is a basic platform. Each manufacture of a phone use this default platform, but then add their own settings and end up with a more custom OS based on their device still called "pie", but can have different changes

So if fx Google make their adjustment to Pie for their product, it means they potentially can create security issues they need to update, that other manufactures don´t have in their own adjustet Pie version

It is just to understand that to say that even Android no matter which manufacturer is running Pie, it does not necessarily mean that they are more secure, if there is a security issue for a given product. So as such Android 8 can be even that secure than Android 9 devices depending on how the manufacturer have made their device software

I'm using a Galaxy S10 (model SM-G973F) running Android V9, and have in the last few days noticed that some notifications come up with a grey background and grey text. I have also seen this in the Google Maps app, at night when the screen goes darker. When viewing alternative routes, the text to show how many minutes more or less the alternative route will take is almost unreadable as it is grey (rather than white).

See below - I'm using a local new app called NZ Herald and the notification icon comes up with a grey background and grey symbol (instead of the previous white symbol and no grey background). When the always on display dims, the notification is almost invisible to see. On my old Galaxy S7 Edge, the notification displays perfectly, in bright white text. Any ideas what could have caused this? I haven't installed any custom themes (as far as I'm aware), and not running high contrast settings or disability settings etc.

I have had a Motorola Moto e4 for almost 2 years with relatively no problems. A few days ago, my phone's touch screen stops working in certain frequently pressed places on the screen. This proves to be mildly annoying, but manageable as I would just flip the phone to landscape to get past this (especially when typing). Unfortunately, my phone has finally died and after I charged it, it now asks for my password so I can log in. The thing is, I can't press one of the onscreen keyboard keys to enter my password completely, and thus cannot unlock my phone. I cannot use my fingerprint because every time my phone reboots it asks for the password. I know if I can get my landscape mode I can enter in the correct password but all my attempts (notification bar, lock screen camera) have all failed. Any help?
