The OTA update supplied by Google corporation to my Nokia 6.1 2018 seems to mess with the Vibration unit in my Nokia I have performed several factory resets to no avail. Warehouse Group want $55 to send it to Auckland or $550 to send it to HMD Finland. Help

When you say it messes with the vibration unit, what is it doing or not doing? Is the phone vibrating all the time or not at all? Have you tried every sound setting, do not disturb on and off, etc?

It sometimes vibrates other times not I have been through all settings including Accessibility, do not disturb is off Vibration is set to on in sound menu and in the accessibility settings

did you do a soft reset......doing so in your phone's settings?

or did you do a hard reset? by using vol/power buttons?

I have performed both they work as a temporary fix not a permanent one
