Help Problems with Dedicated icons since 2.1

Hi since i updated too 2.1 on the pulse everything was find then the next day the dedicated button at the bottom don't correspond too there actual icons. I was wondering if anyone has experienced these issues and how can i sort them out.

Did you install the second part of the Hungarian update as I believe that addresses this issue?
