Help camera is taking off colored photographs

The camera is working, and so is the video...but

They images it shows have odd or off colors...

Here is an example of a picture I took

It shows images in this fashion when i have the camera on, and the pictures and videos all come out like this.

It is fun...until you want a real picture
I have tried using other camera applications, but it always looks like this

Any thoughts? please help.

May sound obvious .... But have you cleaned the lens ... looks like you have an oil slick on the lens ...
