Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

Just a quick update:
FedEx tracking says that my phone is "At dest sort facility" (DENVER, CO 80249) with a timestamp of 6/26 11:15 PM
Not sure if I should get my hopes up for an early delivery on Monday 6/28?
I'm crossing every thing that I have two of in hopes of that actually happening!

We can always hope.. I'm 6/10er here as well. We get closer every day by gosh. Welcome to the pit.
My guess is if I open the attachment all I will get is a nice virus on the computer..that little nagging voice in my head says the whole Nigerian lottery thing might not be genuine. I don't know, it's a puzzler.
Funny thing though, I would almost rather battle a Trojan virus or key logger program than continually fight the battle of the Droid delivery dilemma.

OK, I've been patient enough and need to vent for a second.
Ordered 6/4...VZN rep said week & a half possibly 2 weeks. I called the VZN order status. They have no idea. I wish I woulda got that Motorola Droid like my wife wanted but the HTC Droid was free with that purchase. Now I'm using my wife's old pink Razor because mine had a nasty fishing accident. I had no idea it would be a month or more. I still do not know when my phone is getting here. I just wanted a phone that would help me be where I'm supposed to be, on time.
SOMEONE TELL ME WHERE MY HTC DROID IS....

6/10 in store order here. Was told two weeks but for sure the first of July for delivery.
It didnt take long after visiting this thread I realized how that wasn't about to happen. Now the talk is 7/9 shipping which is a Friday. (confirmed on my Storm after ten min to get my screen to respond) That could put a Dinc in my hand as early as 7/13 (did I just say early???) Had a cookout with the fam today and was telling everyone about waiting a month plus for this phone. They all agreed... that is incredible! (not known as a sit and wait on anything sorta guy) Perhaps the entire order/wait forever process is good for me. Patience is a virtue... heard that all my life.
Maybe I'm growing up some now that I'm in my fifties. Maybe hell.. Don't think so. There just isn't a single damn thing I can do about it!

if its home delivery dont get your hopes up

leave a note on the door instructing the fedex person where to leave it. put order number and tracking number on the note and print and sign your name. They will leave it. if its shipped like the rest with indirect signature
