I ordered on 6/9 and had a promised ship date of 6/30. Just called the CSR about an hour ago and spoke with a friendly lady named Vanessa. She apologized that my phone order was one of the ones that would be delayed 7 days. She said I will be getting a $25 gift card in the mail in two weeks...hopefully my phone will be here by then, lol.
Anyway, she said it was delayed 7 days, and I said the ship date or it would be delivered in 7 days. She told me she thinks it meant it would be delivered within 7 days, and they say 7 days just to be safe because it might be sooner....but I'm not counting on any sooner. Looks like I'll be waiting another week.
Once I actually get this phone, if I even experience one slight problem I am not going to hesitate to return it and either buy the X or switch to ATT. I told the CSR rep that I realized it wasn't her fault and it was just an aggravating situation. She agreed and told me that it looks like I've been a long time loyal customer and asked how my experiences with Verizon have been....I told her up until this, just great, but now, not so much, lol.
