Unable to install Viilian 12.0.0...Coming from fresh12.1.1....Performed nandroid backup...wiped data/factory reset.

Unable to wipe dalvik-cache getting (Error : run deldalv via console!)

Upon install of villian getting E:Failure at line 2: assert getprop ("ro.product.device") ++"hero" Installation aborted.

Any takers?

You're trying to flash a GSM ROM onto a CDMA phone. That's a very bad idea. You risk bricking your phone doing that.

(Fresh ROMs are all for cdma phones, which is how I know).

We have a Sprint Hero section to try to keep the two separate for that reason; the GSM and CDMA phones are actually pretty different.
