The "...additional 10 days in which some orders will be affected..." is the biggest cop-out I've ever read in regards to a company and their stance on correcting a HUGE problem. This is almost as bad as the iPhone's reception problem AT&T customers are facing because they are "holding the phone wrong"!!
Explain to me why some Verizon customers are receiving $25 Gift Cards, $100 account credits, a free month of service, etc. AND I haven't received a single thing, and I ordered my phones MORE THAN 30 DAYS AGO! I expect something for this wait. I think I've been patient enough (especially for being a new customer in all this).
There are plenty of people who ordered well after me who are getting their phones. Don't believe me? Just read this thread:

I'm really sick of getting misinformed and straight-up lied to, and I'm not the only one you have been lying to! I think your customers deserve better answers than the canned messages you've been sending them. GET IT TOGETHER VERIZON!!!
