Yup, is official now.
Are you both using andChat? I haven't tried it with this irc, but it's worked fine on others.
and I'm convinced the twitterer has his numbers all jumbled.

I actually went and killed the AndChat process, and now it's working again. I went home and back, so I might have lost 3G in there and screwed it up. Seesmic didn't even update either, til this latest tweet.

I'm thinking 17 is in Michigan, probably Detroit. I found a list from the EPA of Portland Cement plants ranked largest to smallest and Alpena, MI is right at the top
But that list is outdated.

I've also heard that the ground has been broke for the new building\site. Not yet built.

Wolf Point is the home of the annual Wild Horse Stampede, held every year during the second weekend of July. Wolf Point's Stampede is the oldest rodeo in Montana, and has been called the "Grandaddy of all Montana Rodeos".
If you have not been following, that is This weekend! It will be busier than normal up there.

Ah well. The more I think about it, the more I think they're going to HAVE to put the phone someplace uncommon, where the only person who is going to pick it up is someone actively following the contest, and not some wandering tourist who happened across it. Right?
