"Missing Droid X Real-World Give-Away" Contest (1st Post:Updated)

I thought of Long Island as well but because they have both long and time in the same quotes, I would assume the words go together. Maybe I'm giving too much credit to the clue writers???

how many people on here are relieved to find out that you still have to rely on clues to find it and not just GPS coordinates? I sure as hell am. It gives everyone more of an equal chance to find it!

Who cares run around like a chicken with your head cut off go go go! :p

I thought about it, but there are obscene amounts of docks in NYC, so talk about an unhelpful clue until I can figure out "Long Time"....though it doesn't seem to be an anagram for anything meaningful.

Maybe that was not the final clue. Maybe coordinates come next. Maybe they want you to get which dock to get down to and they'll do coordinates at 5 (when most people are done work).

Long Time,” by Paul Ramirez Jonas, consists of a waterwheel, 30 feet in diameter, at the end of Pier 66 (at West 26th Street)

"Long Time" is a water wheel piece of art in Rockefeller Park.

Approximately: 40.718103,-74.015558

I've never been to the Big Apple so I don't know squat about it, but looking in Google Maps, there are some docks just to the north of Rockefeller Park.......

I never got the tweet that it was posted on twitter!!!! not cool, I got the clue 13 min late, see I was saying that earlier, I don't always get them sent to me! :(

Yep, it sucks...that's why this thread will be open at work until next Thursday.
Time for a new F5 key

I'm just running the stock blackberry twitter app, it's at most a 4-5 minute delay but usually 30 seconds to one minute delay.

And I'm also glad to see some clues still being used. Who knows, they may still post coordinates if nobody picks it up soon.
