Date you ordered and received the phone vs. "will ship by" date

I use it on a BB Storm and it's fine but that's more of a "push" than a "touch". The zagg is pretty thick and "rubbery" (at least in this recent heat)

Ahaha, Thick and Rubbery. Lol.

Loss of touch sensitivity? That kinda bites, thats the screen protector I was going to get. Is it just a few people? Are there others saying its just them and it doesn't?

there are other people that say they haven't noticed a loss of sensitivity.

but there seem to be a lot of negative reviews from the zagg anyways.

"Very disappointing. I've had a number of friends swear by ZAGG invisibleshield products in the past, so I thought my first touch phone would be a good time for me to be introduced to their product line.
It was on back order until I got my phone, so I got a cheapo screen protector from Verizon to hold me over. I ended up using that screen protector for a month until installing my ZAGG, and it was worlds better.
The ZAGG starts with a pain in the rear installation process. I'm sure they think they have good reason for it, but considering my cheap screen protector was a simple peel-and-stick with zero issues, I wonder what could possibly be gained by the extra, soapy complications of a ZAGG install.
Certainly not responsiveness, as after finally waiting a full 24 hours before turning my phone on again - a ZAGG requirement (12 - 24 hours off) - I was disheartened that all my work meant I had a phone that was LESS responsive, and now feels like someone rubbed an orange skin all over it. The resistance does not feel good on the finger, and does not lend itself to the kind of flicking and finger moving that touch phones otherwise encourage.
I give two stars instead of one because the product does, overall, deliver as advertised, providing invisible front-face protection for the phone. Just much less convenient protection than what <$10 screen protectors will get you"

I had one on my storm and it has a orange peel like texture to it, and when it gets scummy or dirty from finger prints or your hands are too dry you will have some trouble sliding your finger cleanly across it. But I liked mine for the most part. I used to freak my friends out when I would dig my car key into my screen and try as hard as I could to scratch it. Not a single scuff.

Lol, thats rough bro. XD

Hey Jen, you're one post away from becoming a member. Also, I would try the FedEx trick if I were you, it seems that a lot of people are receiving their phones on the ship by date. For some reason, they don't update the tracking site very often. Checked it at 4:30 and nothing changed, checked it now and something happened at 3:44. It is worth a shot.
No information on FedEx yet:( And this should be my post. I was hoping to become a member and have a shipping notice, but that didn't happen. Today was promising though, can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!

The soapy solution is supposed to help it stick better, but you do not need to use the water if you choose not to.

Well hopefully yours will ship tomorrow. You'r in the same area as me, should be shipping out of Memphis.

This is what I got off of the Fedex website. What do you think fedex 2 day is considered?

Delivery days and times vary by service type:
  • FedEx Express: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (and Saturday with Saturday delivery special handling option)
  • FedEx Ground: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • FedEx Home Delivery: Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

I really dont know. I order from Amazon, Ebay, clothing sites, overstock.com, private and corporate sites. I usually just go with their cheapest shipping (unless the item is needed immediately). I have never had to chose a special handling option. I guess the company you order from does that. Anyway 9 out of 10 times if I order at the begining of the week it will be delivered on Saturday. I'm gauranteed that someone is here all day on Saturdays so I try to correspond. Holiday weekends are the only ones that mess it up for me.

Maybe it all depends on wether its a residence shipping or corporate??

Nice, NJ is taking over these forums :)

NJ awwday, errday

She obviously doesn't know what this phone means to us or she would charge you more than an ice cream!

She's a Junior in high school. 'Nuff said. Lmao. And she upgraded to a BB Curve.

Don't worry, I wasn't expecting any shipping notice until 7/12, and I got mine today (actually yesterday but accessed today), so hang it there! I just wish I had it before my vacation so I can take pics with it and post it straight from there instead of having to extract and upload from my point-and-shoot.

On a lighter note, congrats on becoming a member! :D

Congratulations to all who got their phones/shipping notices/tracking numbers. Getting closer and closer to my date!!!!! The wait gets harder with each day...here's to tomorrow being another good day.

You have experience with these? I was getting nervous reading the posts, since that 's what I have.
YEah. My first one got some overspray from something on it so I replaced it. They switched from a spray bottle of solution to a sponge. The bottle was better. Use a lot of solution and take your time. When it's wet you can move it around. Get it positioned then use the squeegee to get most of the bubbles out. I've only installed two and both had 1 or 2 bubbles even after a week. It's OK on a blackberry storm. I would think that it would interfere with the screen of the Inc but I've never tried it.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to trying the camera out too! And Thanks!!:D I appreciate the support.

I have not, the Inc will be my first phone that will even be able to take a screen protector, but I have watched enough installation vids to know how to do it. I even have tried it with a cheapo I bought, and it was pretty easy to install on my computer screen.

I'm going to work on some landscaping, eat chinese takeout, and breathe. It's tiring to be this upset, and I think I'm done losing my mind. I'll get my phone.....when I get my phone. Back to patience and a little bit of zen that only hard work can provide.

HERE! HERE! to those with shipping confirmations today. Especially those of you in Ohio!
If I concentrated on working out while waiting I would be very slim by the time my phone arrived, but I can't watch for new posts while on my treadmill:-)

I ordered a Zagg 2 weeks ago and it came with a spray bottle. I havent used it yet as its for the invisible phone that hasnt shipped to me. Is it a hit and miss with the bottle or are they going back to it?

Thanks for the tips! I'll have to look for some videos to pass the time, lol:D

I've had 2. I'm no expert. They sent me a survey and I told them the sponge thingy sucked. Maybe they listened to me?? LOL
