I JUST saw a commercial for the X and they advertised it 07.2010 versus the 07.15.2010. What the hell does this mean?

Not really reading into it. But previous television ads have stated 07.15.2010 in ad. More a speculation that Verizon may have expectations to be sold out on the 15th so rather than cause a frenzy and disappointment a la DInc they are simply advertising for July in general.

No that was not in any of the adds. Some of these sites tried to pull a date out of it by doing a frame by frame and were guessing at a release. But the ad always only had 07.2010.

I didn't see it on tv, but I'm guessing it was "the eye" ad which I have seen. Now I'm gonna get a Droid X when it's released but I'd find it difficult to get excited about the X if that ad was the only thing I had seen on tv that advertised the Droid X.

Patiently/Impatiently waiting for the release of the Droid X! (What, about 5 more days?)
