I am thinking aquarium because the first one was at an art piece, and the second was at a museum. They are at public places, not private.

i think they probably playing it safe w/ the legal on "waterproof"; therefore reposting it. but, it doesn't affect the search w/ live lobster

Or they took the waterproof out to make the clue harder. By saying water proof, makes me think it is around a "LOT" of water, as in the aquarium. All words are clues in the final clue.
