yea it looks like there is some sort of pedestrian bridge or walkable pier, that connects over near the Barking Crab, so its gotta be around that......

I think this is the place, this is right where the coords are if i Look ABOVE the tunnel the coords actually put me in in google maps lol.

Yes, I am.. google maps puts you inside a tunnel with those coords, google earth puts you ABOVE the tunnel at street level.

Probably not inside since that street view pic someone posted earlier makes that building look very small (Looks like a trailer of some sort). I'd guess in the parking lot right by the entrance

Yes. Seems to be James Hook. If you are in street view at the coordinates they give you just "walk" down Atlantic ave a few clicks and it will take you out of the tunnel right at the Hook parking lock.
