Um, the final clue IS NOT the GPS clue. This @droidlanding twitter confirms it.
Designate #21 was at N 38 55.028 W 77 01.727. Blake Ourso was on hot its trail & found it before the coordinates went out. Congrats!
Ok. No doubt this was fun...until the last one was dropped. No biggie. VZW doesn't owe me anything for being a loyal customer. Props to them for getting folks fired up over the phone and the hunt. I do not agree that they calledvit a hunt, but I'm not getting bent over semantics. Good luck to the rest of you with the other phones. Guess I'm out $200. See you all on the official X owner forums...
Peace out

Remainder?

Well, it supposed to be - if you follows the rules word by word...
Dates and times of Certificate placement will vary, but the final clue of each GPS location for each Certificate will be tweeted at the time it is hidden.
I keep seeing everybody list #17 as Detroit (including DroidDecoder). Why is that? I thought it'd been ruled out and that #17 was in Utah?
Yeah. Which is frustrating, considering tomorrow is the day for 17 and the city isn't even narrowed down yet. I'm prepared to spend my entire day in downtown Detroit tomorrow (which is akin to ASKING to be robbed and mugged), but I'll be sorely disappointed if it turns out 17 was meant for SLC.Your guess is as good as anybody's. There's valid arguments for either city.

Wait, so @droiddecoder is legitimately working with the promotion? THAT changes things a bit...Well the fact that @droiddecoder has been confirmed as someone working with the promotion, i'd go by what they had to say which is Detroit.
That makes sense. And with some of the clues given out, I can definitely see those spots and a few other spots.Detroit has gone through tough times, hence the it can take anything you can throw at it.
The cement factory is in Alpena (Michigan)
The first MODERN stop light was used in Detroit, on Woodward and Michigan Avenue. The current location of Woodward and MI Ave is Campus Martius Park. I think it will either be there, the Joe Louis Fist or the Ren Cen.
"which is akin to ASKING to be robbed and mugged" This is total bull, if you were a true Detroiter, you would know this is pure ignorance. Why rip Detroit?

Same here. I mean, I already called work off and my girlfriend said it'd be nice to take a trip through the city tomorrow, but I still don't feel like waltzing around all day if it ends up being in SLC. I wish @droidlanding would post another clue tonight to solidify it one way or another..The largest cement plant is just a weird clue that gives the 'tree of utah' => SLC some merit, since the Alpena cement plant is no longer the largest, and there are better things around Michigan to hint towards (right??).
Every other clue leads me to believe Detroit moreso than SLC, however.
