I ordered a steinheil crystal clear screen protector from sgpstore.com on 7/2 and it is still not here yet. They didn't give me a tracking number, and won't reply to my emails. Has anyone else had bad experience with them?
 
Have you received a shipping confirmation email stating that the package was shipped?

I know when I ordered through them they sent it out USPS 1st class with no delivery confirmation therefore there was no tracking number and I had to just wait, But it did arrive.
 
I ordered on 7/7 and haven't received it yet... i did get a USPS tracking number that says the package was picked in SFO,CA....

They do not have a phone number. Only a physical address.

I couldn't find their phone number for the life of me. Was looking for it because they hadn't shipped my order yet 2 days after processing payment. I sent an e-mail and no response.

3rd day I sent 25 of the same e-mails in a row and they responded and sent out my order.

I won't ever order from this site again, but I just tried that. Hopefully they give me a response.
 
I ordered twice from them and had no problems. The first time they gave me a tracking number but not the second time. Both times they showed up within roughly a week or so.

I'd send them another email and give it a day or so.. if you still don't hear back from them and the product never shows up, institute a dispute with your credit card company for the charges. Make sure you hold on to your emails so you can prove you tried to reconcile the issue with them.
 
Told me they delivered it to my house on 7/6...I told them I didn't have a tracking number and they told me to "Use my tracking number and contact USPS". I will NEVER order from this company again.
