This is my first ever android device and this thread helped me a lot in
re-creating my screens.

Ofcourse credit goes to this thread but this is what I came up with. I think it is simple & elegant to begin with:

Screens are from Left to right in order.

Using LauncherPro Beta with dock background as Glass.

Background Image - Google Marissa Miller and you will find this particular one.

Screen 1: Music

Top widget - Beautiful Widgets - Small. Hide Backgroud, Dirty Paper weather widget, Dirty Paper Skin
Center widget showing battery %, Storage details - Mini Info
Bottom Widgets - Two color notes widgets

Screen 9: I have 3 docks in my settings. Slide the dock to right and it shows additional dock entries.
Battery left widget, Running Services, Google Voice, Speed test widget, Calculator

I am rooted running Launcher Pro with bettercut and some random icons from Iconfinder.com.

Screens are left to right, and you notice the dock is changing, I have three docks with launcherpro.

Im sure its been asked, but where do i get the power bar widget in this pic?

It's called switcherPro and it's great. Only one Ive seen with actual 4g toggle. Plus it's HIGHLY customizable, you can choose what switches are included, and change the size and appearance of the widget. Pretty Friggin Sweet!!
 
Not rooted, still a work in progress. Seeing how much I can do without rooting, untill I find something I cant do without!

How do you customize the icons on the LauncherPro dock? Whenver I press the "phone icon" or "person icon" it's takes me to my apps grid... Please help!!!!!

Also, how do you add the DIALER and and BROWSER shortcut to your dock?

To customize any program in the dock, long press the icon, wait for the pop up. Select the action, then it will ask if you want to use default icon, launcherpro icon or custom icon.

for extra dock options, i.e. more places or a scrollable dock, click menu, preferences and explore.
