Looks like a sense 4 rom with matte skin. And it may be beautiful widgets.

I have a Moto z force. I used a picture that I took with my camera as my wallpaper. I had to get a replacement phone and after transferring my files as well as downloading my photos to the computer I want the same picture on my new phone. Unfortunately I can't find it in my pictures.
